Acumen just took part in the largest Russian Security Exhibition. More than 25,000 professionals from 750 companies visited this yearly Moscow CCTV show.
Acumen is marketing its product for 20 years and this year Acumen took part in Securika/MIPS 2017 expo for the 12th time, so Ai team enjoyed meeting its old customers who installed equipment which is still stably working after 12 and more years.
The exhibition was highly anticipated and important for the company so the management and technical staff from Taiwan, Moscow and Lipetsk all took part in the Exhibition.
The main new trend of this year show was CCTV moving from static installations to mobile ones.
Visitors mainly were interested in Acumen solutions for Driving Schools Cars surveillance and there also were inquiries for such projects as Public busses, School busses, Trucks, etc.
In 2016 Acumen became the authorized provider of mobile CCTV for the Government of Taiwan and has all major international certificates for mobile technologies, so there were a plenty of opportunities to share its experience and expertise with the booth visitors. At Ai booth, there were presented such mobile solutions as up to 2MP IP, AHD and Analogue 2*HDD and 2*SD card DVRs for up to 12 channels, special weather-proof cameras which were installed in water tank and dry ice container with temperature lower than -75 C for all four days of the show.
Free software for 5,000 channels as well as Intellectual Video Analytics Cameras were demonstrated and visitors showed the special interest in People Counting Cameras for the busses and trains, Driver Fatigue Detection cameras and Distance Control cameras.
Visitors of Ai booth also noted that gas level detection devices, camera-wash equipment and finger-print start engine devices could find the demand in their ongoing CCTV projects.
At the end of this sprig show Acumen was glad to find out that despite the unstable economic environment of Russian market this new CCTV trend enjoyed the special support from the local customers.
